  • A major renovation of the existing 5,600 SF historic building. The existing masonry structure and foundation will be upgraded to align with the requirements of a risk category IV structure. Once completed, the facility will include additional SF in the basement and second floor of the building. New windows, finishes, roofing, building systems, and emergency systems will be incorporated into the renovated facility. Exterior repairs and improvements will be needed to align with the requirements of the State Historic Preservation Office as well as the functional & aesthetic needs of the Police Department.
