Highlands-Cashiers Kitchen & Grease Trap Upgrades 

Client - MH Highlands-Cashiers Medical Center, LLLP

Location - Highlands, NC  

Project Scope - HCA Capital Improvement project opportunity to team up with Haynes Plumbing and BURNS Engineering to complete a full Kitchen Refresh and Grease Interceptor System Replacement at Mission Highlands-Cashiers Hospital.  

The project addressed issues with the full Kitchen Sanitary System (Replacing, Jetting, and Vacuuming System) and Water Intrusion in Dishwashing Stations.  On the aesthetic front, Kitchen and Servery received a new ACT Ceiling System, Door/Frame Assemblies, HVAC Diffusers, Exhaust Fan, Dishwashing Sink, LED Lights, and full Paint Refresh.   

The successful upgrade occurred while having to keep the Kitchen in Full Operation seven days a week.
