Our team will work hand-in-hand with the owner’s rep and/or design team at every milestone that needs to occur before a successful construction project. This will consist of evaluating the initial project scope and identifying constructability concerns and solutions.

We work with our clients to provide budgets and document reviews at every phase including the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase & Final Construction Document Phase. With the ever-changing pricing and supply chain climate, we work with our subcontractor partners to offer constant updates to the design/owner team on any potential overages and Value Engineering opportunities.

Our goal is to keep our clients’ needs front and center, working alongside the owner’s representative and/or design team to lay the foundation for a successful project from the very beginning.
