Client - ProMATIC Automation 

Location – Fletcher, NC  

Project Scope - Capital Improvement Upgrades to the ProMATIC Automation and Aurlites Industrial Complex.  With improvements to the PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) Skin System to mitigate moisture issues, LED Upgrades throughout space, and Roof Liner Panel replacement to address building wear.  Both companies remained fully active throughout construction without impeding operations and services.
