LOCATION – Fletcher, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – Office Upfit and Industrial Infrastructure project, inside a 300,000sf Industrial Complex, to house the first United States-based branch of Emtelle UL Limited, a Scotland-based international company. Completion of this project allowed Emtelle to start the operation of up to (17) production lines for their Fiber Cabling Duct Systems. This new location will bring up to 200 new jobs to the South Asheville Area.
