LOCATION – Asheville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – LOGE Camps, the owner of the historic Mountaineer Inn, is undertaking a renovation to enhance guest experiences while preserving the building's historic charm. LOGE Asheville, designed by Vida Design and managed by general contractor RYSE Construction, includes updates to the guest rooms with new finishes and amenities. A new outdoor equipment rental facility will be added for easy access to gear, and a café will be built for guests to enjoy food and drinks in a welcoming space. A new outdoor deck will feature seating areas and fire pits, providing a place to relax and socialize. The pool area will also be modified to improve accessibility. The renovation is set to begin in late December 2024 and is expected to be completed by fall 2025. The project will combine modern upgrades with the historic character of the Mountaineer Inn, making it an even more appealing destination for guests.
