LOCATION – Weaverville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – Blue Mountain Storage ground-up 32,400sf pre-engineered metal building located off Highway 70 in Weaverville, NC. The 3-story building consists of 262 self-storage units, elevator lobby, and staff office. Building specifics include slab on grade, steel columns, metal stud framing, metal decking elevated concrete slabs with exterior brick, EIFS, metal panel, and storefront glass assemblies. This is the fifth Blue Mountain Storage location serving Western North Carolina.
