LOCATION – Arden, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – This project includes a 70,000 sf Pre-Engineered Steel structure with 5” insulated metal panel exterior. The interior offers a 2-story upfit of 3,000 sf consisting of corporate office and conference space, with the remaining 67,000 sf housing light manufacturing and warehouse/distribution space . The warehouse includes a portion of high bay racking with high-tech manufacturing equipment to assist in System Logistics future growth. Located in Buncombe County, NC, this project is a perfect example of a significant industrial growth seen over the last decade in Western North Carolina.
