PROJECT SCOPE – Vecinos, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Western North Carolina with a focus on addressing the gaps in services needed by farmworkers in Macon County, NC.
This project will consist of the full demolition of all existing finishes and MEP systems and the upfit will include:
Site work, demolition and rebuild for new parking lots, sidewalks, storm and utility systems
New openings for natural daylight
Auto-operated entrance and awning for the main entrance
Roofing modifications
This 16,250 square-foot superstructure will be modified to house: dental and exam rooms, a pharmacy, administrative spaces, and community spaces.
