LOCATION – Arden, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – The WNC Dental Project consists of a new construction 10,000SF two-story dental office building on just under an acre site along busy Airport Road in Arden, NC. To prepare for construction RYSE will be demolishing (2) existing structures and assist in the relocation of an existing billboard on property. The lower level of the proposed building will include staff area as well as 3,000SF shell space for a future tenant. The upper level will consist of (6) dental hygiene rooms and (8) dental treatment rooms equipped with top-of-the-line dental equipment. Like many previous projects, RYSE Construction assisted in design build services utilizing local structural and Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineers.
