CLIENT - The Biltmore Company
LOCATION – Downtown Asheville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – This upfit project consisted of work on the underground parking garage entrance for The Biltmore Company and included: constructing a new divider wall between the entrance and exit side, relocation of the existing badge reader entry system and security cameras, installation of a new sliding gate with bollards and integrated it into the existing gate security system, removal of old electrical, and installation of new electrical service tied into generator circuit.
