LOCATION – Wellford, South Carolina
PROJECT SCOPE – This project is a 1,765 sqft tenant improvement with offices, conference rooms, and bathrooms. RYSE Construction will also be constructing fire-rated demising walls to separate spaces as well as installing a new paved laydown lot with fencing and site lighting.
