LOCATION – Asheville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – Full interior renovation of all 3 floors that includes 65,000 sq ft. of new office space to house multiple different branches of Buncombe County government.
The work includes:
Demo of old office walls, carpet, fixtures, electrical wiring, HVAC
New Offices framed
New flooring (carpet/LVT)
New Paint
New tiled bathrooms with all new fixtures and stalls
New/Relocated electrical/plumbing/HVAC
The area will be the new home to many different branches of Buncombe County government, including:
Tax Collections
Tax Assessment
Board of Elections
Permitting Office
Family Justice Center
The building was built in 1968 and has helped serve the people of Buncombe County through the Government for many years and will continue to do so.
