PROJECT SCOPE – This project is a 5,461 square foot renovation to an existing building to house a Laundry Plus laundromat. The scope of the project includes demolition of two building additions and a complete interior demolition, and installation new exterior façade, storefronts, automatic sliding doors, new finishes, and new plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. When complete, the building will support 39 washing machines and 40 dryers
