LOCATION: Marion, NC
PROJECT SCOPE: First project opportunity with HCA Physician Services Group at the Mission Sugar Hill Clinic in Marion, NC. This 9,000sf renovation had to be completed without interrupting the daily patient load of the McDowell Internal Medicine clinic. With a solid partnership between the onsite Mission Team, PFA Architects, and Cushman & Wakefield, the project was successfully completed through constant logistics coordination and overcommunicating. The new McDowell Internal Medicine space now consists of 14 Refreshed Exam Rooms, an Updated Waiting Room, New Lab Space, Revised Reception Area, New Nurse Station, New Touchdown Area & 4 New Offices. The final phase of the project was completed to house the new addition to the Sugar Hill Clinic, Asheville Orthopedic Associates. Their new space consists of 8 Refreshed Exam Rooms, an Updated Waiting Room, 3 New Offices, and Main Nursing Hub with Built-In Touchdown space.
We enjoyed working on a recent medical office building renovation with RYSE Construction. The construction team’s attention to detail and proactive nature helped make the project a great success for all involved. We will certainly look forward to the opportunity to team again with RYSE!
