Renovation of the Elizabeth House
CLIENT - Four Seasons of Hendersonville, Elizabeth House
LOCATION – Flat Rock, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – We are dividing an existing building fire alarm system and sprinkler system. The two tenets share a system and after the project they will have separate systems which will provide improved use of the space for both tenets. While the separation takes place we will be installing new fire suppression system for the A-B wing, new floors, new open cell spray foam insulation in the attic space, relocation of an IT room, installing a Nitrogen generator, replacing old frames and doors, adding ductless mini splits to cover select spaces.
