LOCATION – Bakersville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – RYSE Construction will be building once again in Mitchell County, NC. This project is being built for Mitchell County Government and includes a 13,500SF indoor recreation center that will offer a full-size gymnasium with (6) full-size basketball goals, (2) pickleball courts, and a volleyball court. Also part of the project is an indoor weight area, aerobics/yoga facility, locker rooms, concessions, and plenty of office/sports equipment storage. This project is anticipated to start in July 2024 and wrap up the summer of 2025.
