LOCATION – Asheville, NC
PROJECT SCOPE – Completing our first UNCA project was officially a success. Teaming up with the UNCA Project Management Team and Designer/Structural Engineer of Record, we formulated a Repair plan to resolve long-running structural issues on the Robinson Hall Building of the active campus. By partnering with our masonry, structural steel and concrete contractors, we tied the problem condition back to the superstructure of the building and corrected all superficial aesthetic issues.
